The Conditions

-Reservation must be made 30 days before trip commencement
-Guests may agree to provide a credit card number to the hotel to guarantee the booking

-Cancellation Rules & Policy
Cancellation of individual reservation received by the hotel less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date and cancellation will be charged one night room and tax.

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although Grand Tower Inn Sukhumvit, will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification, it could take from 4 to 6 week for actual credit to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
